General Adoptable Terms of Service

►►► GENERAL INFO ◄◄◄

• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
• I will send you the full resolution unwatermarked adoptable (by dA note), but my signature will remain on it, 
  
• Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, usb memory. I DO Keep all adopt files in my stash atm but that may change.
• If you want to use the character for commercial use, prices will probably double up or more. The following cases are considered commercial use:
                  ♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.
                  ♦ Using the character as a business mascot
• I reserve the rights of cancelling your ownership if you have been proved troublesome in any way. This is heavy violations of DA TOS / Harassment ect
• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

►►► COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY / CREDITS ◄◄◄

• As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it within rules of bases i may use, for example; 
        ♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
        ♦ Promote myself with it in any place - I will always give credits to everyone involved i.e Basemaker and owner. 
        ♦ I will most likly upload to Facebook/Tumblr/Tsu and possible Twitter and Youtube in the form of speedpaints.
  
  
• As a commissioner you may:                                                                                                                                                                               
             ♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).                                                                                       ♦ Create a backstory and personality and name them. Draw them, Commission art of them and LOVE THEM!                                                                     ♦ Please ensure I see all art of ANY adopts designed by me, mentioning me as the creator is much appreciated via @ and my username, Suiish. 
             ♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
             ♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
  
  
• You are NOT ALLOWED to:
             ♦ Change, modify the designs of any Closed Species adoptables, unless given permission from myself.                                                                
             ♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
             ♦ Take credit for the art or designs or lore if involving a closed species.
             ♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• You should credit me at least once or twice when you first draw them, if you do not wish to credit me every-time please please please make sure i see your beautimus art ok. 

►►► PAYMENT PROCESS ◄◄◄

• I will only accept Paypal and deviantART points payments.
  
• When you win i will reply to your bid/claim with instructions of how to pay.
• I require full payment before I send the adopt over.
  
• Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD, unless I give you other instructions.

• Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you will have to pay.
  
• If payment is not received in 48 hours after stating thusly you will be will be warned if its a auction and simply ignored if its for a set price.
  
• I will send you the file as soon as i can upon receiving payment. Be aware time zones are a thing and i maybe asleep! 
  
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed...  Always wait for my instructions first, specially if you're paying with dA points.
  
• For Point payments, please wait for my instructions. Sometimes I will make you pay through the Commission Widget and others using the Give button.
  
• If you wish to tip me for doing a good job (as I know it is a custom in some countries) you can do it through my point pool or tipping a bit extra via paypal I will deeply appreciate it ♥
  
• For auctions: DO NOT retract yourself or you may be blocked.
                  ♦ On your first problematic transaction you'll receive a simple verbal warning.
                  ♦ The next time you back down from the auction you'll be blacklisted for 6 months and loose opportunities to buy art from me.
  

►►► AUCTIONS / SET PRICE / RESELLING AND TRADING ◄◄◄

• Each auction will have its Rules in the description please ensure you read them - by bidding you agree to the rules and confirm you have read them.
• The same goes for anything set price. Especially be aware of closed species rules. 
• YOU MUST TELL ME WHO OWNS THEM WHEN YOU TRADE OR SELL THEM.
• Please do not sell any of my adopts for more than purchase price UNLESS there is extra art included.
• Trading for characters and art is A - OK.

►►► CHANGES ◄◄◄

• You may change the Gender and make minor adjustments to the design, you may add designs if you wish but keep it recognizable.
• You may give them piercings or tattoos ect.
• You may outfit them in ANY WAY YOU WANT. This includes CS Designs as long as lore permits. (Theyens yes it does)  
• Changes to closed species must have permissions to do so. 

►►► REFUNDS ◄◄◄

• Please be 110% sure you want your adopt when you make a claim or bid and buy as no refunds will be given. 
• Auctions give plenty of time to decide and so do set price adoptables. So please understand why this rule is in place.
